Philly Kid Through & Through

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — and that city has been in my blood ever since. I grew up in Montgomery County, just outside the city limits, with my parents and two brothers. But Philadelphia was always the gravitational pull. The teams, the food, the attitude, the energy. It was home even when I wasn’t technically living in it.

Ohio State, Law School Dreams & a Sharp Detour

I headed to Ohio State University thinking I was going to be a lawyer. Interned with both the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office, serious work, high stakes, real courtrooms. The trajectory seemed clear.

Then I moved to New York City and spent two years there working as an attorney and another 5 in sales and marketing. The career was right on paper. It just wasn’t right for me. I eventually made the call that a lot of people are afraid to make, walked away from the law and went into sales. Best professional decision I ever made.

Back to Philly, Raising a Family

When it was time to start a family, there was only one place I wanted to do it: the Philadelphia area. I moved back, put down roots, and raised two incredible kids who are now grown adults. Watching them grow up around the city I love, cheering for the same teams, eating the same food, feeling that same Philly pride was everything.   

I’ve also been a dog person my entire life,  always big dogs, the kind that take up the whole couch. A few years ago I made a dramatic shift and got a Miniature Golden Retriever. She’s three years old and I’m convinced she may be the happiest, friendliest dog I’ve ever met. After a lifetime of large breeds, she completely won me over.

From Sales to Top-Rated Realtor

After some life changes, I moved back into the city of Philadelphia itself and found my way into real estate. I came in without a script, no cold calls, no paid leads, no traditional playbook. I built everything through content, community, and showing up consistently online and in person.

It worked. I became a top-rated Realtor, built the Revolve Philly Group, and carved out a reputation in neighborhoods like Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Rittenhouse Square, and South Philly. I even had the surreal experience of appearing on HGTV’s House Hunters. Real estate ended up being a perfect fit, equal parts sales, storytelling, and knowing your city cold

Marketing, UGC & The Digital World

Real estate was never going to be my only lane. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial itch that needed to be scratched. Over the years I’ve launched businesses, built brands, and done product and business marketing for companies all over the world,  including a heavy volume of UGC ad content that actually converts.

My passion for travel opened another chapter: spending time as a digital nomad, helping companies with their marketing needs from wherever I happened to be. It turned out the skills that built my real estate business, authentic content, genuine voice, showing up with value, translated perfectly to a global client base.  Not only that, my marketing skills as a content creator give me a huge advantage over most real estate agents.  My clients love it.

A New Chapter (Literally)

I met my girlfriend in Northern Liberties in Philly. She had a four-year-old daughter, and together we’ll soon be welcoming a new baby. So yes, I’ll be the parent of a 22-year-old, a 19 year old and a newborn at the same time, in my 50s. I genuinely cannot think of anything more wild, more beautiful, or more perfectly on-brand for my life.

And through all of it, my three-year-old Miniature Golden Retriever will be right there too — tail wagging, zero stress, reminding everyone in the room how it’s done.
